The CRISSP team of the GIPSA-Lab and the MAGMA team of the LIG-lab in Grenoble are looking for a PhD student to work on acquiring Human-Robot Interaction skills with Transfer Learning Techniques.

The PhD is funded by the Labex Persyval for 3 years.

Required Profile

  • Master in Computer Science. Any prior experience in Robotics or Machine Learning is welcomed.
  • Knowledge in computer science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision.
  • Programming skills (C++, Java, Python).
  • Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in English is required and knowledge of French is a plus.

  • CV
  • Transcripts of marks of the three last years with their ranking.
  • Title and abstract of the master thesis or research internship.
  • Proof of their ability to write (article or report).

A first selection will be performed amongst eligible applications, and selected candidates will be interviewed.
